Orders and shipments

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 24-48 business hours of payment confirmation.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package's weight and destination.
Free shipping on orders over €30,00.
Free delivery throughout the Milan area (Circonvallazione ring road) for a minimum of three 250g packages.

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your shipment has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union. For shipments outside the EU, please contact us before ordering.

What is the difference between whole coffee beans and ground coffee?

Whole bean coffee retains its aroma longer and can be freshly ground depending on the brewing method. Ground coffee is ready to use, but once opened, it should be consumed within a few days to maintain freshness.

How can I choose the right grind?

Each method requires a specific grain size:

  • Moka: medium grind
  • Espresso: fine
  • Filter/Pour over: medium-coarse
  • French press: large

How to best store coffee?

Keep the container tightly closed, away from light, air, and heat. Once opened, consume within ten days.

Where do your coffees come from?

We select coffees from various regions around the world (e.g., Brazil, Peru, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Uganda, and Indonesia), sourced from sustainable and controlled farms. Each product description includes the origin and aromatic notes.

Is the coffee 100% Arabica or does it also contain Robusta?

You'll find both 100% Arabica blends and blends with varying percentages of Robusta, ideal for those seeking a bolder flavor and a thicker crema.

What is the purpose of the degassing valve?

The one-way degassing valve is a device integrated into the bags that allows the natural gases from the coffee beans that accumulate inside the package to escape, without letting air in from the outside (one-way, precisely). The valve allows the packaging to "self-regulate" and not swell due to the gases released by the product.
The valve is extremely ingenious, allowing for long-term preservation of the coffee while maintaining its aroma and fragrance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.

Is online payment safe?

Yes. We use encrypted security protocols and do not store payment data.

Returns and refunds

Can I return a food product?

For health and hygiene reasons, sealed food products can only be
returned if intact and unopened.
If the packaging is damaged or there is an error in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

How do I request a refund?

Please email us with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 24 business hours.

Subscriptions

Can I subscribe to my favorite coffee?

Yes! You can receive coffee automatically every 2, 4, or 6 weeks with a special discount.

Can I change or pause my subscription?

Of course, you can manage everything from your account: change the blend, frequency, or suspend your subscription whenever you want.
