1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the website www.mokacolors.it (hereinafter, the “Site”), managed by:

The purchase of products presupposes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Object of the Contract

This contract governs:
  • the online sale of Moka Colors branded products,
  • the payment methods,
  • shipping and delivery methods,
  • the return and refund rules,
  • the rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Products

All products for sale on the site are accurately described.
Images are for illustrative purposes only.
The products can be:
  • coffee beans
  • ground coffee
  • tasting box
  • merchandising or accessories (if any)
The food products are sealed and bear:
  • expiry date or TMC (minimum durability date)
  • lot

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of ordering.
Moka Colors reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price applied will be the one indicated at the time of ordering.

5. Orders and availability

The order is considered accepted only after receiving a confirmation email.
In case of product unavailability, Moka Colors:
  • will inform the customer
  • will offer an alternative product or a refund

6. Payment methods

Payments can be made via:
  • Credit/debit card
  • PayPal
  • Shopify Payments
  • Other methods indicated on the Site
Payment data is not processed by Moka Colors, but by the selected provider.

7. Shipments

Shipments are made via national or international couriers.
Approximate times:
  • Italy: 2–5 working days
  • Europe: 3–7 working days
  • Extra-EU: variable
Any delays not attributable to Moka Colors cannot be considered a cause for liability.

8. Delivery

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping data.
In case of non-delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, additional redelivery charges may apply.

9. Right of Withdrawal

For sealed food products:
Returns are possible within 14 days only if the packaging is intact and unopened.
(Article 59, paragraph 1, letter e) of the Consumer Code)
For non-food products (merchandising):
  • the return can take place within 14 days
  • the product must be intact, unused and in its original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

10. Returns and Refunds

To request a return or refund:
  • Send a message to info@mokacolors.it
  • indicate order number and reason
  • Moka Colors will respond within 5 working days
In case of damaged product:
  • you need to send photos of the damage
  • Refund or replacement will be made without additional costs

11. Warranties

For non-food products, the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity applies.
Food products are not covered by the guarantee of conformity, but are covered by:
  • quality assurance
  • replacement in case of manufacturing defects

12. Limitation of liability

Moka Colors is not responsible for:
  • improper use of products
  • indirect damages
  • malfunctions caused by third parties (couriers, payment providers, Shopify)

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Applicable law and competent court

This contract is governed by Italian law.
For consumers:
→ Competent court: place of residence of the consumer.
For professional customers:
→ Exclusive jurisdiction: Milan.

15. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Moka Colors may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will only apply to orders placed after the date of publication.
